Paula Kellerer served as the vice president of youth apprenticeship for Idaho Business for Education from 2022 through August 2024 when she was selected as the president and CEO of IBE. She has an extensive background in education, including serving as the superintendent of schools for the Nampa School District and as the founding dean of the College of Adult and Graduate Studies at Northwest Nazarene College. Kellerer holds degrees from Northwest Nazarene University, Boise State University and the University of Idaho.
