How can Historically Black Colleges and Universities and broader education reforms help address educational inequality caused by race and income? How do HBCUs contribute to the growing demand of Black parents for K-12 innovation and choice? 

These were the key areas of focus during a special Tuesday webinar presented by the Progressive Policy Institute and The 74.
