Mitchell Trinka is a multimedia journalist who resides in New York. Mitchell began his career in journalism at a small weekly in upstate New York on election night 2005, and never looked back. He earned a degree from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism in 2010 and has since worked as an editor with the The New York Times on its hyperlocal Fort Greene and Clinton Hill Local blog, as a multimedia teaching fellow for the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism, Fordham University and Baruch College, and as the Director of Engagement for the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
When he's not online, you can find him fly fishing in small rivers.
