Two weeks ago, The 74 and the Reinventing America’s Schools project of the Progressive Policy Institute brought you a spirited discussion about a growing movement to create a new right around quality schools — and tools parents can use to demand change in their districts.

At 3 p.m. ET today, we’ll present part two in the ongoing conversation, spotlighting grassroots methods and organizing strategies being used in various states to secure such a right.
